Custom orders are final sales.

Amina Hood hats are handmade and will accept limited returns. We prefer exchanges if fit is an issue.

If you have a ready-to-wear hat that you wish to return, we must be notified immediately by email at returns@aminahood.com with specifications of reason.  All returns must be unworn and have original tags in place and be sent back to us within the return window of 7 days.
